What You Will Do:

  • Support daily operation of industrial robots and automated production cells
  • Troubleshoot robot faults, alarms, and cycle interruptions to keep production moving
  • Assist with robot programming, teach pendant operation, and path adjustments
  • Work with EOAT (grippers, vacuum systems, actuators) and peripheral equipment
  • Help integrate robotic systems with PLCs, conveyors, sensors, and vision systems
  • Support installation, startup, and commissioning of robotic equipment
  • Monitor performance and drive continuous improvements in cycle time and quality
  • Maintain documentation for robot programs and system updates

What You Bring:

  • Associate’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Automation, or related field (preferred)
  • 4+ years of experience with robotic or automated systems
  • Exposure to platforms like FANUC, ABB, KUKA, or Yaskawa
  • Basic understanding of robot programming and teach pendant operation
  • Ability to read schematics, robot layouts, and automation drawings
  • Experience with PLC environments and industrial automation systems (preferred)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for learning
