Based upon our business growth, we are looking to hire for the Roll Welder position at our MSM – New London, OH!  Classification and base pay rate will be dependent upon skillset and prior experience.
 

Responsibilities:

• Cleans and prepares surfaces to be welded
• Performs welding processes on steel rolls using welding metals and metal alloys under minimal supervision
• Works from written/verbal instructions
• Welds rolls according to engineering drawings and specifications under direct supervision
• May be required to perform light manual welding
• Other work may be assigned at Management’s discretion

Education/Experience/Skills/Knowledge:

• High School or Equivalent
• Related experience, a plus
• Valid Driver’s License
• Crane/Forklift – In-house training provided to obtain certification
• Proper use of hand tools
• Proper use of Safety Equipment such as Safety boots, hard hat, safety glasses, gloves and ear plugs
