Operate assigned machinery and equipment while following detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures
Perform quality inspections, measurements, and gauge accuracy checks to ensure products meet specifications
Interpret drawings, specifications, and process sheets and make minor machine adjustments as needed
Maintain accurate production records and keep workstations safe, clean, and organized
Requirements:
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong mechanical aptitude and shop math competencies
Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions with a high level of accuracy
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
