WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Supervise and work along-side of field crews and give them guidance, when needed
Participate in pre-construction meetings and coordinating projects with Project Manager
Using technology to update project schedules, provide daily logs to clients and process purchase orders for materials and subcontractors
Notify trade partners of project schedule forecast and update regularly as project progresses
Maintain a clean, safe work environment, including OSHA requirements
Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines are met
Hire subcontractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities
Review job tracking on a regular basis and analyze any deficiencies
Create list of project materials to be ordered
Schedule inspections, as needed
Requirements:
ABILITIES YOU MUST BRING TO THE TABLE:
Expert-level, hands-on experience with modified bitumen and single-ply systems
Proficient in technology-based applications
Strong organizational skills
Ability to prioritize time and project needs
Ability to interface well with work crews
Ability to adapt to change in order to meet project goals/deadlines
