We provide an unwavering commitment to company culture and amazing service to clients.\n \nTHIS IS THE POSITION FOR YOU IF:\n\n You are trustworthy, honest, respectful, accountable and reliable\n You enjoy teaching and coaching others\n A proven leader and manager with the ability to motivate others\n Able to plan, see the "big picture" and prioritize\n A lifelong learner motivated to continue to learn and grow\n You feel like technology can enhance the client experience\n You want to grow with a company long-term\n \nWHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?\n\n Supervise and work along-side of field crews and give them guidance, when needed\n Participate in pre-construction meetings and coordinating projects with Project Manager\n Using technology to update project schedules, provide daily logs to clients and process purchase orders for materials and subcontractors\n Notify trade partners of project schedule forecast and update regularly as project progresses\n Maintain a clean, safe work environment, including OSHA requirements\n Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines are met\n Hire subcontractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities\n Review job tracking on a regular basis and analyze any deficiencies\n Create list of project materials to be ordered\n Schedule inspections, as needed\n \nRequirements\n \nABILITIES YOU MUST BRING TO THE TABLE:\n\n Expert-level, hands-on experience with modified bitumen and single-ply systems\n Proficient in technology-based applications\n Strong organizational skills\n Ability to prioritize time and project needs\n Ability to interface well with work crews\n* Ability to adapt to change in order to meet project goals/deadlines\n\n
