Roofer

We are seeking a skilled roofer to join our team. The roofer will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs on commercial and residential buildings. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of roofing materials, construction techniques, and safety procedures, it’s a Full-Time Job

Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Inspect roofs to determine the best repair or maintenance plan
• 
  
• Install new roofs on commercial and residential buildings
• 
  
• Repair damaged roofs by replacing shingles, tiles, or other materials
• 
  
• Install insulation and ventilation systems
• 
  
• Ensure all work meets safety and building codes
• 
  
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed
• 
  
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
• 
  

Requirements:

• 
  
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 
  
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in roofing
• 
  
• Knowledge of various roofing materials and installation techniques
• 
  
• Familiarity with safety procedures and building codes
• 
  
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
• 
  
• Physically fit and able to work at heights
• 
  
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
