K&M Waterproofing & Caulking, LLC is seeking a dependable and motivated Roofing Laborer to join our growing team. We specialize in commercial and high-end residential waterproofing and restoration projects throughout South Florida.
Responsibilities
- Install roof waterproofing and coating installations
- Prepare and clean roof surfaces for waterproofing applications
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
- Apply waterproofing products under the direction of supervisor
- Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Perform other labor duties as assigned
- Roofing or construction experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Ability to work outdoors in South Florida weather
- Able to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physically demanding work
- Comfortable working at heights
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license is a plus
