Not every roof needs to be replaced.
Sometimes a homeowner simply needs someone who can identify the issue, make the repair correctly, and provide an honest solution.
That's where you come in.
At Honest Abe Roofing, our Roofing Repair Specialists are trusted problem-solvers who help homeowners protect their homes while delivering exceptional customer service.
If you enjoy working with your hands, diagnosing problems, and taking pride in quality workmanship, we'd like to talk.
What You'll Do
Every day is different.
You may be:
- Diagnosing roof leaks
- Completing roof repairs
- Replacing damaged shingles
- Repairing flashing and penetrations
- Performing maintenance work
- Completing punch-list items
- Inspecting roofs for damage
- Meeting directly with homeowners
- Identifying additional roofing needs when appropriate
This is a hands-on field position.
You'll spend your time solving real problems, helping customers, and producing quality work.

Earning Potential
$65,000+ annually
Compensation is based on experience, performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Required
- Roofing experience
- Repair and troubleshooting experience preferred
- Ability to safely work on roofs and ladders
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional communication skills
- Valid driver's license
