The role

As an independent Roofing Sales Representative, you run your own book of business. You generate and work appointments, inspect roofs, present options to homeowners and close residential roofing projects. You are paid per square on every install you sell, with no cap on what you can earn.

This role fits self-starters who want to control their schedule and income, whether you are an experienced roofing closer or a proven door-to-door, solar, pest or home-services rep ready to step up.

What you'll do

• Generate appointments through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, your network and company-supported marketing
• Inspect roofs, document damage and wear with photos, and measure accurately
• Walk homeowners through repair and replacement options in plain language
• Build proposals using LGCY pricing and close agreements at or above redline
• Offer LGCY partnered financing options and help homeowners choose a payment plan that fits their budget
• Hand off signed jobs cleanly to production and stay the homeowner's point of contact through install
• Keep your pipeline, notes and job status current in our CRM
• Ask every happy customer for reviews and referrals

Compensation and earning potential

Your income is limited only by your effort. Reps on our team have the potential to earn $100,000 to $250,000+ a year, and top performers go well beyond that.

Who we're looking for

• Based in Utah and able to work in-person territories along the Wasatch Front
• Sales experience preferred (roofing, solar, pest control, security or other in-home or door-to-door sales); motivated beginners welcome
• Comfortable approaching homeowners and handling rejection
• Strong communicator who earns trust with honest, low-pressure conversations
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license and a smartphone
• Able to safely climb ladders and walk roofs
• Coachable, self-directed and driven by results
• Able to obtain any city solicitation permits where required
