Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and tidiness
• Change bed linens, empty trash bins, and replenish amenities
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests by addressing any requests or concerns promptly
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and safety
