Position Summary: Responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guest rooms and assigned hotel areas in accordance with hotel standards and procedures. Duties include servicing guest rooms, changing linens, replenishing supplies, removing trash, and maintaining housekeeping carts and supplies. May perform assigned deep-cleaning and room care tasks as permitted by hotel procedures and the applicable collective bargaining agreement. This is a union position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, courteous, and service-oriented interactions with guests and employees.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality according to Company standards and hotel scheduling requirements.
• Maintain proper personal appearance, grooming, uniform, and name tag in accordance with brand standards.
• Follow all Company and hotel policies, procedures, safety, and security standards.
• Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to established standards.
• Stock housekeeping carts with required linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities.
• Replace linens, replenish guest supplies, and remove trash and soiled linen.
• Perform assigned deep-cleaning and room care tasks.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned, consistent with the position and applicable collective bargaining agreement.

Salary Range: $18.54 per hour
