    Position Overview

    We are looking for a full-time and part-time Room Attendants to join our housekeeping team. As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained environment. You will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and delivering excellent service with a positive attitude.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Clean and refresh guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
    • Restock amenities, linens, and towels according to hotel standards.
    • Ensure all rooms meet AC Hotel brand cleanliness expectations before guest arrival.
    • Report any maintenance issues or damaged items to the appropriate department.
    • Respond to guest requests and provide friendly, professional service.
    • Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper use of cleaning supplies.
    • Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in an organized manner.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred but not required.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
    • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
    • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

     

     

    Pay and Benefits:

    Pay Rate: $19 - 20.39/hour
