Route Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate (26' Box Truck)

Role Snapshot

Earn $23.00 – $26.00 per hour while combining safe route delivery with hands-on warehouse work. You’ll keep products moving from our dock to our customers’ doors—and maintain a clean, organized operation along the way.

A Day in the Life

• Start your day by inspecting and operating company vehicles safely and professionally.
• Run assigned routes to deliver products to specified locations promptly and accurately.
• Unload and stack items with customers in a courteous, professional manner.
• Complete delivery paperwork and documentation with precision before heading to the next stop.
• Back at the warehouse, assist with receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping merchandise.
• Assemble and prepare customer orders, including palletizing and staging for shipment.
• Store materials in the proper locations according to product codes or sequences.
• Perform daily cycle counts and update inventory records as needed.
• Identify and help resolve freight discrepancies or claims.
• Keep aisles clear and the facility tidy—sweep, remove trash, and follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

What You Bring

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no DUIs or careless/reckless driving in the past 3 years).
• Experience operating 26’ box trucks required.
• Experience with forklifts or reach trucks preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Comfort reading and interpreting work instructions and documentation.
• Professional communication with customers and coworkers.
• Solid basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Ability to regularly lift, push, or pull 75+ lbs.
• Dependable, punctual, and energized by a fast pace and tight deadlines.
