GIVE BASIC JOB DUTIES: Supervise & manage a group of drivers to meet all productivity, safety, & service goals. Responsibilities will include manpower planning, routing, corrective action, & project improvements.
SKILLS REQUIRED (MINIMUM): Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in a service related industry. Excellent written & verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Ability to use multiple programs in the MS Office Suite.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: Solid waste experience, bilingual & a College Degree are all a plus.
