Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Route Service & Sales Representative to join our Albuquerque team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing position where you'll manage a local route, service commercial dishwashing equipment, deliver and restock products, and build relationships with customers.

No commercial dishwasher experience is required. We provide paid hands-on training.

What You'll Do

• Manage an assigned local customer route using a company vehicle
• Visit approximately 6–11 customer locations per day
• Deliver, unload, and restock cleaning and sanitation products
• Perform preventative maintenance on commercial dishwashing equipment
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and make basic repairs
• Build relationships with restaurant and food-service customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend additional products and solutions
• Complete your assigned route and prepare your company vehicle for the following day

What You'll Get

• $23/hour, with a typical 45+ hour workweek including overtime and on-call pay
• Anticipated annual earnings: $60,000–$65,000
• Monday–Friday schedule, typically 7:00 AM–4:30 PM
• On-call rotation approximately every 10 weeks

• Career progression into a Service & Sales Representative role, where first-year earnings typically range from $70,000–$75,000

Who Does Well Here

You may be a strong fit if you have experience in route delivery, route sales, pest control, food or beverage distribution, field service, customer service, merchandising, or another fast-paced physical job.

We're looking for someone who is dependable, comfortable working independently, enjoys interacting with customers, and doesn't mind getting their hands dirty.

Mechanical experience is helpful, but not required. We'll train you.
