Job Responsibilities: Provide shift coverage when vacation, sick time, or time off is requested from operations Have a thorough knowledge of compliance programs: safety, PSM, environmental, FSMA, and product QA Maintain records and ensure Standard Operating Procedures are updated Other administration duties as directed by production manager Assist in coordination of plant shutdown and associated projects Provide area training and cross training with the operators Assist in new plant projects and modifications Focus on plant house cleaning projects and organization Possess a complete understanding of all the process equipment Make decisions in processing to ensure meeting product specifications Working Hours: Rotating 12-hour shifts line from operators and must have flexible schedules to workdays or nights and cover scheduled/ unscheduled time off Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Valid driver’s license Problem solving Understanding of ethanol plant operations Self- motivated Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to others and work well as a team Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance 401k with employer contributions Basic life and short-term disability insurance provided Sick and vacation time along with 8 paid holidays Profit Sharing Signing bonuses Wages: $31.75 Join us and become a valued member of our team, contributing to the smooth operation and success of our company.
