Roving Maintenance Technician
Northwest Arkansas • Full-Time • $26.00-$28.85/hour

The Roving Maintenance Technician travels between properties across Elevation's Northwest Arkansas portfolio, performing general maintenance, repairs, make-readies, and preventative maintenance tasks. This role requires a self-directed professional who can manage time independently, prioritize effectively across multiple sites, and consistently deliver quality work without on-site supervision.

What Will I Do?
- Travel between assigned properties across the Northwest Arkansas portfolio to complete work orders, make-readies, and preventative maintenance tasks
- Perform general repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC filter changes and basic service, appliance repair, carpentry, painting, and drywall
- Complete unit turns and assist with vacancy prep at multiple communities
- Respond to maintenance requests within established timeframes and to Elevation's quality standards
- Document completed work and communicate unit conditions to the property manager or maintenance supervisor
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance shop and all assigned equipment
- Follow all safety procedures and OSHA standards on every property
- Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies as scheduled
What We're Looking For
- Minimum one year of maintenance experience in multifamily housing, construction, or a related field
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation - daily travel between properties is a core expectation of this role
- Working knowledge of general maintenance trades including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry
- Ability to manage time independently and prioritize across multiple properties without direct on-site supervision
- Strong communication skills and a professional, resident-friendly demeanor
- HVAC and EPA 608 certifications preferred but not required
- Experience with Entrata or similar property management software preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform the physical functions typical of apartment maintenance work
