Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled RPA Engineer with a strong background in UIPath Business Analysis to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5 7 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions that enhance operational efficiency. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Responsibilities:
Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and develop RPA solutions using UIPath.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA workflows and solutions in UIPath.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of RPA solutions to ensure quality and performance.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed RPA solutions, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Document processes, workflows, and technical specifications for RPA solutions.
Train and mentor junior team members on RPA best practices and UIPath functionalities.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in RPA technology.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong expertise in UIPath Business Analysis, including process mapping and requirement gathering.
Proven experience in designing and developing RPA solutions using UIPath.
Solid understanding of business process analysis and improvement methodologies.
Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with other RPA tools and technologies.
Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, VB.NET, or Python.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
Experience in working with cloud based RPA solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5 7 years of experience in RPA development and business analysis.
UIPath certification is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
