Century Fire Protection is looking for a driven RSI Sales Representative to grow our customer base and expand services with existing clients. You'll help businesses identify their fire and life safety needs while building lasting relationships and delivering solutions they can count on.

️ What You'll Do

• Generate new business through cold calls, warm leads, and customer outreach.
• Sell inspections for fire extinguishers, sprinkler systems, fire alarms, emergency lighting, and fire suppression systems.
• Follow up on leads, schedule sales calls, and identify customer needs.
• Build relationships with existing customers and cross-sell additional services.
• Conduct site surveys and work with management to develop pricing and proposals.
• Prepare accurate proposals and contracts and ensure required customer information is documented.
• Address customer concerns, provide code-related guidance, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Manage an active sales pipeline to support current business and future growth.
• Track sales goals and present business plans during monthly management meetings.
• Develop a strong understanding of assigned markets, services, and customer needs.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate fire and life safety solutions.
• Strong organization, follow-up, and proposal management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
