About the Role:Richard's RV Servicenter, Inc. is looking for a skilled and motivated RV Technician to join our team in Greer, SC! This is a fantastic opportunity to turn your skills into a career if you love working with your hands and learning.
Responsibilities:- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC house systems on a variety of RV makes and models
- No chassis or engine repairs on motor homes - only house side of the units
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and safety checks on recreational vehicles
- Troubleshoot and repair appliances, slide-outs, awnings, and other RV-specific components
- Document repair orders, parts used, and labor time accurately in the service management system
- Communicate repair findings and recommendations clearly to service advisors and customers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the service bay
Requirements:- Prior experience in RV repair or a related trade is preferred
- RVIA/RVDA certification or willingness to obtain certification a plus
- Working knowledge of 12V/120V electrical systems, propane systems, and plumbing
- Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and structural issues independently
- Strong attention to detail with solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Must have own basic hand tools; specialty tools provided
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Dependable, self-motivated, and a team-oriented attitude
