The S6 Die Pick Technician plays a critical role in supporting high-volume semiconductor manufacturing by ensuring equipment reliability, maximizing tool performance, and minimizing production downtime. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, repairing, and optimizing manufacturing equipment while partnering closely with Engineering, Production, Suppliers, and Construction teams to achieve operational excellence.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical professional with strong mechanical, electrical, and analytical skills who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is committed to continuous improvement, equipment performance, and operational efficiency.

Work Model: This position requires regular onsite presence to perform essential job responsibilities and support manufacturing operations.
Shift Hours: Employees working Shift 6 start their shift at 7:00 PM and finish at 7:30 AM Alternating Work Weeks: Alternating 3-Day Work Week (Wed, Thurs, Fri) and 4-Day Work Week (Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat).
Qualifications:
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum qualifications and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork, classes, research, relevant previous job, and/or internship experiences. Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years of relevant technical experience OR Associate of Science degree in a STEM-related field (no prior experience required).
The experience listed above should include a combination of the following qualifications:
Hand tools and equipment for equipment maintenance and repair.
Cleanroom environments and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Experience troubleshooting and repairing equipment.
This position requires:
Lift 25-pound parts 1-2 times per shift (on average)
Climb and perform work on ladders 1-3 times per shift (on average)
Standing and walking for up to 80% of the workday.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $51,710.00-73,010.00 USD (Hourly Role)
