Basic Functions: |
As a Safety Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and health of all employee across all shifts. You will foster a safety-first atmosphere and motivate employees to remain injury free throughout all work sites. The Safety Coordinator will identify, coordinate, automate, or improve safety processes and tasks, and enable execution lead by the Director of Safety. |
Responsibilities: |
Essential Functions Customer Service
· Strong detail and organization skills, along with being able to multi-task.
Data Entry · Moderate computer skills. · Some knowledge of Microsoft office is a plus.
Other Requirements · Follow established guidelines for equipment maintenance. · Assist with inventory research projects as requested. · Assist Operations Manager and Supervisor with duties as assigned. · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. · Capable of handling frequent interruptions. · Six months experience working in a warehouse/logistics environment preferred.

Scope of Authority: |
Has the authority to stop production if defective or unsafe parts or condition appear. Has the authority to reject non-conforming material from the supplier. Is empowered to prevent non-conforming material from reaching the customer. |
