Job Description

Description:
•    Support workplace safety and injury prevention. 
•    Identify and correct safety hazards. 
•    Conduct safety and compliance audits. 
•    Assist with safety programs and process improvements. 
•    Analyze EHS metrics and recommend improvements. 
•    Review new equipment and processes for safety compliance. 
•    Support incident investigations and corrective actions. 
•    Perform ergonomic assessments and risk evaluations. 
•    Conduct safety and ergonomic training sessions. 
•    Document safety findings and improvement plans. 
•    Work with safety equipment suppliers. 
•    Maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree or certificate in Safety, Ergonomics, or related field.
  • Engineering or technical education will be considered.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills. 
  • Ability to conduct audits and risk assessments.
  • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with EHS or ergonomics.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety standards.
  • Experience with incident investigations.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing environments.
  • Experience delivering safety training.
