Responsibilities: This person will maintain and monitor the Safety, Environmental and Regulatory (SER) Program for a group of MFA facilities around the Centralia, Mexico, and Elsberry, MO areas. The employee will also be expected to assist SER Field Specialists and the Safety Coordinator with the implementation, monitoring, and record-keeping of the MFA Anhydrous Ammonia Preventative Maintenance Tracking System. The SER Technician will also train and maintain documentation of training for the personnel within a group of MFA facilities and field staff. All duties must be completed in accordance with company policy.
What You’ll Do
Provide New Hire safety training
Provide on-going safety training for all existing employees
Record all training documentation and training log information in the Dekra on-line
system
Ensure that all employees within their area receive the required training in a timely manner
Assist SER Field Staff in pre-inspections of all Anhydrous Ammonia Equipment.
Assist DOT Inspectors with VPT documentation when testing is completed.
Complete annual final inspection of all Anhydrous Ammonia Equipment within a group of MFA facilities.
