Safety Manager

Key responsibilities:

Own and administer the site HSE program: safety plans, JHAs, permits, PPE compliance, and toolbox talks

Ensure continuous safety coverage across all staffed shifts via Floating HSE Coordinators

Conduct inspections, audits, and hazard assessments; drive corrective actions to closure

Lead incident response, investigation, and root-cause/corrective-action reporting; track TRIR

Coordinate with Fluidstack site leadership and interface with regulatory requirements

Deliver safety onboarding and ongoing training for Supplier

Personnel Requirements:

Established HSE/safety management experience in data center, construction, or industrial environments

Relevant safety credentials (e.g., OSHA 30, CHST, or equivalent) strongly preferred

Working knowledge of NFPA 70E, LOTO, and electrical/mechanical hazards
