Safety Manager

• Lead all plant safety initiatives and compliance programs
• Drive continuous improvement of safety policies, procedures, and training
• Conduct risk assessments, hazard analyses, and incident investigations
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and applicable regulatory requirements
• Develop and mentor safety team members
• Manage programs related to LOTO, fall protection, electrical safety, ergonomics, and injury prevention
• Partner with operations leadership to improve plant-wide safety performance
• Deliver engaging safety training programs across multiple shifts

• Base Salary: $110,000 - $130,000

The salary range for this role is $110,000-$130,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
