What You'll Do:

• Lead and enforce company safety programs and OSHA compliance
• Conduct job site safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments
• Investigate incidents and develop corrective action plans
• Deliver safety training and toolbox talks
• Partner with field leadership to promote a zero-incident culture
• Monitor and update safety policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of construction, industrial, manufacturing, or field safety experience
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and workplace safety regulations
• Experience conducting site inspections and safety training
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• OSHA 30 required; CHST, CSP, or similar certifications are a plus

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Monroe, NY.

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $140000.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
