Job Description:
Work Schedule: Full Time, rotating weekends.
+ Provides direct patient care and treatments under the supervision of a registered nurse, ensuring care is appropriate to the patient’s age, condition, mobility, and cultural needs.
+ Assists with patient assessments and nursing care activities , helps identify patient needs, and promptly reports abnormalities or concerns to the registered nurse.
+ Maintains accurate documentation and reporting of procedures, observations, and patient care activities in accordance with department policies.
+ Promotes a safe, clean, and compliant care environment by following isolation precautions, infection prevention practices, hand hygiene standards, and safety regulations.
+ Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members, responds appropriately during clinical emergencies, and supports quality improvement and continuous learning initiatives.

Work Experience:
• 1+ applicable PCT experience [Preferred]
• Previous bedside patient care in an acute care unit, unit secretary, monitor technician, or equivalent medical experience [Preferred]
