Pay Range: $48-50/Hour on W2/C2C (All Inclusive)

Position Summary:
We are looking for a skilled SailPoint Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design| develop| and implement identity management solutions using SailPoint Identity Now or Identity IQ| ensuring that our identity governance and compliance requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and customize SailPoint applications| including configuration of identity models| workflows| and rules.
Implement and optimize provisioning processes and access certifications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Integrate SailPoint with various applications and data sources using connectors and APIs.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to identity management.
Conduct testing and validation of solutions to ensure functionality and performance.
Document system configurations| processes| and workflows for future reference and compliance.
Stay up-to-date with SailPoint features and best practices to enhance system capabilities.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science| Information Technology| or a related field.
Proven experience as a SailPoint Developer| with hands-on experience in SailPoint Identity Now or Identity IQ.
Strong programming skills in Java| BeanShell| or similar languages.
Familiarity with SQL| LDAP| or other directory services.
Understanding of identity governance concepts and security best practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in SailPoint or related identity management technologies.
Experience with cloud-based identity solutions | Identity Governance Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (e.g.| GDPR| SOX)
