Job Description:
JOB OVERVIEW
The Sale Processor is responsible for processing and completing all third-party driver purchaser and auction sales of vehicles within their designated KPIs. This position requires cross-functional training within all Remarketing sales functions (lessee sale, wholesale, and courtesy sales). Requires providing support to the response center to internal and external customers inquiries, solving problems related to vehicle sales, and assisting in managing the VOR vendor network.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Review, interpret, and process sale to completion including executing client specific sale instructions, completing a title, processing all necessary forms and documents and mailing within the department KPI.
Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of each state specific sale requirements (taxes, titles, and forms) to properly process the sale.
When lessee sales or courtesy sales are required, generate the title pull request through Title Inventory application.
Manage special client situations effectively.
Assist in research and support requests from Response Center as it pertains to status, titles, forms, vehicle sale problems.
Overseeing of all client buyouts and downsizing projects.
Processing Canadian sales (lessee and wholesale).
Process dealer purchase programs sales.
Process specific client requests through individual vendors (Cox, RICHI, Adesa).
Process all salvage titles and sales through salvage auction.
Work with Title Maintenance to obtain duplicate and/or salvage titles. Follow up to ensure that titles are obtained in a timely manner.
Develop successful partnerships with vendors by building positive individual relationships with vendor staff.
Train and coach vendor staff on Wheels policies and procedures. Take appropriate action when expectations are not met.
Responsible for managing all sales exceptions and pended sales to ensure they are resolved within the KPI. Ensure accurate client billing by carefully auditing the paperwork and fees for every vehicle sale.

Assist and maintain an effective working relationship with the Regional Sales Manager.
Distribute mail.
Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma required.
One (1) to two (2) years of office/customer service experience.
