Sales Account Executive | Ag Tech

GPAC has partnered with a growing AI technology company seeking a Sales Account Executive to sell enterprise solutions into grain and milling, fresh produce, feed and animal protein, and agricultural cooperatives.

The platform helps operators protect margins and improve decisions across supply chain, production, workforce, and logistics. Working directly with the CEO, you’ll own the full sales cycle and help shape the company’s sales approach.

What You’ll Do

• Build pipeline through your network, targeted outreach, and investor and industry relationships.
• Close new enterprise customers and expand existing accounts.
• Manage complex deals involving operations leaders, supply chain executives, general managers, and financial decision-makers.
• Build financial business cases around cost savings, waste reduction, margin protection, and payback.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and coordinate implementation scoping and handoffs.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of enterprise B2B sales with consistent quota achievement.
• Success closing $150,000 to $300,000 deals through sales cycles lasting 6 to 12 months.
• Experience selling software, analytics, or technology into agriculture, food, or agribusiness.
• Established relationships with operators in the target sectors.
• Strong understanding of procurement, commodity pricing, production capacity, logistics, and labor.
• Ability to generate your own opportunities and sell without a large support team.

Experience selling AI, optimization, or supply chain software is a plus.
