As a Sales Account Executive, you'll take full ownership of the revenue cycle from identifying prospects to executing contracts, selling a market-leading ERP solution to businesses in the engineering and construction sectors. You won't be starting from scratch: our established client network, active marketing programs, and tight-knit sales-to-delivery handoff give you real leverage from day one.

  • Competitive base salary with uncapped commission (OTE = 2x base after ramp)

What You'll Do

  • Identify and develop net-new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, strategic referrals, and industry networking
  • Own every stage of the sales cycle from initial engagement through contract execution
  • Lead product demonstrations and in-depth discovery sessions with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Navigate objections, negotiate deal terms, and drive opportunities across the finish line
  • Partner with marketing and implementation teams to deliver a seamless, high-quality client experience
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and provide consistent progress reporting against revenue goals
  • Continuously build your knowledge of Acumatica, the broader ERP landscape, and competitor positioning

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of B2B SaaS or software sales experience with direct exposure to ERP platforms, ideally Acumatica ERP
  • A verifiable history of hitting or surpassing quota in a full-cycle sales role
  • Proven outbound prospecting ability - you know how to generate pipeline, not just manage it
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills that hold up in front of CFOs and operations leaders
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience)
