Sales Account Executive - Shipping

Location: Must reside in the Los Angeles, CA or San Francisco Bay, CA areas

Compensation: $65,000-$75,000 base + up to $54,000 variable with uncapped commission (OTE $110k+ at 100% to quota)

You Will

• Own the full sales cycle - prospect, pitch, demo, negotiate, and close.
• Hunt for new growth - drive expansion, competitive takeaways, and new business wins.
• Sell consultatively by understanding client operations and recommending the right shipping and logistics solutions.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Client Success, Product, and Sales Engineering to deliver seamless client experiences.
• Engage clients face‑to‑face through local travel, events, and onsite meetings.
• Leverage modern sales tech - CRM, prospecting tools, and pipeline management.
• Stay current on industry trends in shipping, logistics, and eCommerce.

You Bring

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a strong record of prospecting and closing.
• Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions (shipping/logistics/mailing preferred).
• Confidence running virtual demos and discovery sessions.
• Proficiency with CRM and sales enablement tools to manage pipeline and activity.
• A self‑starter mindset with a proven ability to exceed goals.
