Salary Range: $75000.00 - $82000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Oversee a diverse portfolio of accounts, ensuring every client feels heard and well-protected.

Analyze renewal data to identify coverage gaps and offer proactive solutions tailored to individual needs.

Collaborate with carrier partners to negotiate terms and provide the most competitive options to our clients.

Maintain accurate client records within our database to ensure seamless service delivery.

Provide clear guidance and support to other members of the sales team to elevate our collective performance.

Facilitate meetings with clients to discuss their long-term goals and adjust policies as their lives or businesses evolve.

Strong command of agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Understanding of underwriting guidelines and regional insurance market trends.

Experience with mentorship or guiding junior team members is highly valued.
