ENTRY LEVEL - Sales Agent / Rep

Our client in Miami, FL has immediate opportunities to join their sales team in the financial services industry due to explosive growth. They are offer a very competitive commission structure with an uncapped high earning potential for motivated individuals that want to control their financial goals. This role is base salary plus commission. Sales and product training is provided in a cooperative work environment.

As a Sales Rep/Agent, you are offered all the tools to build rapport with the customers that they provide for you, through an extensive lead generation program.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Being motivated by challenge and not afraid of client’s objections.
• \n
• Ability to use compassion and persuasion skills to qualify prospects, show the prospect programs/quotes that are the best for their business’ financial needs.
• \n
• Provide outstanding service and demonstrate the value in a business partnership with the organization.
• \n
• The goal is to convert prospects, develop long term, loyal relationships, build you “book” and make a very healthy income.
• \n
• Onsite M-F 9am - 5:30pm

Minimum Skills:

\n

• \n
• 2 years of experience in a sales role with a successful and proven track record
• \n
• Experience doing sales over the phone and not scared to make calls
• \n
• Must be dependable, people-oriented, adaptable/flexible, detail-oriented, achievement-oriented, autonomous/Independent and works with minimum direction after the training period
• \n
• High stress tolerance, thrives in a high-pressure, fast paced environment
• \n
• Proficient in MS Office and Internet
• \n
• Excellent attitude, team player and willingness to learn
