    Job Summary

    The Sales & Business Intelligence Analyst supports the Transportation & Logistics Sales organization by transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and business growth. This role serves as a key partner to commercial teams by developing reporting solutions, ensuring data integrity, analyzing sales performance, and supporting analyticsandAI-driveninitiatives.Thepositioncollaborateswithcross-functionalstakeholderstoenhancereportingcapabilities,improvebusinessvisibility,andidentifyopportunitiesforcontinuousimprovement.

    About Your Role

    • Develop,maintain,andenhancePowerBIdashboards,reports,andKPIscorecardstosupportsalesperformanceandbusinessobjectives.

    • Analyzesales,market,customer,andoperationaldatatoidentifytrends,risks,opportunities,andimprovementareas.

    • Delivermeaningfulinsightsandrecommendationstosalesleadershipandkeystakeholders.

    • SupportsalespipelinemanagementandNewBusinessOpportunity(NBO)reportingtoimprovevisibilityandconversiontracking.

    • Ensuredataaccuracy,consistency,andintegrityacrossCRM,reporting,andanalyticsplatforms.

    • Conductdataauditsandvalidationactivitiestomaintainreliablebusinessreporting.

    • Partnerwithcross-functionalteamstogatherrequirementsanddeliverreportingandanalyticssolutions.

    • Supportanalyticsprojectsfromrequirementsgatheringthroughtesting,validation,andimplementation.

    • ServeasakeycontactforanalyticsandAI-relatedbusinessrequestsandprocessimprovementinitiatives.

    • Promotestandardizedreportingmethodologies,metrics,andgovernancepracticesacrossregionsandteams.

    About You

    • Bachelor’sorMaster’sdegreeinBusinessAnalytics,InformationSystems,BusinessAdministration,Economics,DataAnalytics,orarelatedfield.

    • 1–2yearsofexperienceindataanalytics,businessintelligence,reporting,orrelatedanalyticalfunctions,includinginternships,co-opprograms,oracademicprojects.

    • AdvancedproficiencyinPowerBIandMicrosoftExcel.

    • ExperienceworkingwithCRMsystemsandbusinessapplications;MicrosoftDynamics365ispreferred.

    • Strongunderstandingofdatavisualization,KPIdevelopment,andbusinessreportingprinciples.

    • Stronganalytical,problem-solving,andcritical-thinkingskillswithexceptionalattentiontodetail.

    • Abilitytotranslatecomplexdataintoclearandactionablebusinessinsights.

    • Effectivecommunicationandpresentationskillswiththeabilitytoworkacrossmultiplestakeholders.

    • ExposuretoAI-poweredanalyticstoolsandautomationsolutionsisconsideredanadvantage.

    • FluentEnglishcommunicationskills,bothwrittenandverbal.

    Salary Range:

    $67,300 - $100,060

    The salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
