Responsibilities:
- Communicate with retail accounts, drivers, sales reps, and management
- Manage incoming/outgoing calls and order processing
- Support Maryland distributors with timely service
- Maintain retail account records and assist with web portal support
- Stay updated on product offerings and communicate updates
