About the role
The Sales & Events Manager at Ascension Coffee Company is responsible for driving revenue growth throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth market, with a primary focus on expanding wholesale coffee partnerships with restaurants, offices, and other businesses, while also increasing catering sales and private event bookings across our café locations. This role is ideal for a highly motivated professional with a proven track record in outside sales, business development, and relationship management.
This is a full-time, salaried exempt position reporting directly to the Director of Operations. The Sales & Events Manager works closely with the Director of Culinary, Marketing Manager, Roastery Team, and Café General Managers to develop and execute sales strategies, enhance client experiences, and support overall business growth.
The position requires a minimum commitment of 45 hours per week and includes a blend of office-based work, prospecting, client meetings, sales calls, networking, and on-site event support at café locations. This is an in-person role and is not eligible for remote work.
