Salary Range: $13.73 - $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Greet every neighbor who walks through our doors with a friendly smile and a helpful attitude.
• Listen closely to our customers' home project goals to help them find the exact supplies they need to succeed.
• Maintain clean and well-stocked aisles so our customers can find what they are looking for without frustration.
• Operate our point-of-sale system to process transactions quickly and accurately.
• Use our store resources to answer specific questions about painting, plumbing, or lawn care.
• Work closely with your fellow associates to keep our store running smoothly and maintain a positive atmosphere.

• Prior experience in a retail or customer service setting.
• Comfortable working with a variety of hand and power tools.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during your shift.
• Strong comfort level with basic computer navigation for inventory lookups.
• Flexibility to work weekends and some holidays as our community needs us then.
• Familiarity with home improvement supplies or hardware products is helpful but not mandatory.
