Role Description In this full-time on-site role located in Akron, OH, the Job Title will deliver an engaging in-store experience by welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and recommending products that align with their style and lifestyle. Responsibilities include providing knowledgeable product guidance, maintaining visual standards and store cleanliness, and supporting daily operations such as opening and closing procedures, inventory handling, and point-of-sale transactions. The role involves meeting or exceeding individual and store sales goals, promoting current offers, and contributing to a positive, inclusive team culture. The Job Title will also assist with merchandising updates, participate in training sessions to stay current on product features and brand initiatives, and ensure that all policies are followed to support a safe and compliant store environment.
