Job Summary
The BODYBAR Pilates Sales Associate (SA) is responsible for generating new members and retaining existing members through sales and customer service responsibilities. The SA position is a part-time position requiring weekend, early morning, and/or evening work and reports to the Studio Manager. We are currently looking for someone who can work 3+ day time shifts per week.  Weekends, Early mornings, and evenings at our Allen and McKinney locations will be required.  This is a great opportunity for advancement and growth!

Responsibilities 
  • Implement studio sales process including lead generation, management, and conversion
  • Carry out member retention tasks 
  • Achieve daily tasks, bookings, and sales quotas
  • Participate in community events to promote the studio
  • Provide customer service for members and guests 
  • Create a Community at the studio through engagement with members before and after class 
Qualifications
  • Goal-oriented with an ability to generate membership and retail sales 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Passionate about fitness + Reformer Pilates
  • Professional, trustworthy, and punctual
  • Proficient with computers and ability to learn studio software
  • High school diploma or GED
