What You'll Do:

• Be the frontline ambassador of Rumblegreet guests with energy and professionalism

• Drive membership sales, renewals, and retail purchases through authentic, knowledgeable conversations

• Deliver exceptional customer service that creates lasting impressions

• Support day-to-day studio operations including front desk duties, scheduling, and cleanliness

• Work collaboratively with instructors and team members to create a dynamic studio experience

What Were Looking For:

• A people person with a positive attitude and an eagerness to connect

• Someone goal-oriented and self-motivateddriven by both teamwork and personal success

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

• Prior fitness, hospitality, or sales experience is a plusbut not required
