Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and help them feel comfortable as they explore their options.
- Listen carefully to each customers needs and guide them toward the right vehicle or product fit.
- Present features, benefits, and pricing in a clear, honest way.
- Follow up on leads and continue the conversation with customers after their first visit.
- Support the sales process from first contact through final paperwork and delivery.
- Keep product knowledge current so you can answer questions with confidence.
- Work closely with the rest of the store to create a smooth and welcoming experience for every customer.
- Maintain an organized sales area and accurate customer records.
Requirements
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Motorcycle endorsement preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort with learning product details and explaining them clearly.
- Ability to work with customers in person and follow through on sales opportunities.
- Basic computer skills for scheduling, record keeping, or point-of-sale systems.
- Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple customer conversations at once.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record preferred.
- Experience in automotive, powersports, or related retail sales preferred.
