What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist customers with professionalism and energy
• Help customers select the right vehicle based on their needs
• Demonstrate product features, benefits, and options
• Conduct test drives and guide customers through the buying process
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships
• Hit and exceed monthly sales goals
• Continuously improve your process, performance, and results

What We’re Looking For

• Sales experience preferred (automotive or otherwise)
• Competitive mindset with a strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Self-motivated and goal-driven
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
