Position Hours: Sundays 12 pm - 5 pm + some fill in work (13-15 HOURS PER WEEK)

About the Sales Associate position

• A successful Sales Associate will engage in courteous and professional customer interactions
• Ensuring exceptional customer service
• Demonstrate strong sales acumen to effectively promote and sell our product range
• Acquire a comprehensive knowledge of all products, including ingredients, benefits, and proper usage, and offer personalized product recommendations
• Conduct skincare consultations to meet customer needs
• Assume responsibility for conducting financial transactions and utilizing the point-of-sale system accurately
• Adhere strictly to established cleaning protocols to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of shelves
• Collaborate in the execution of retail merchandising strategies, including creating captivating window displays
• Exhibit a long-term commitment to training, acquiring the ability to assist in the manufacturing process and meticulously follow formulas for consistent product replication
• Undertake additional duties as required to contribute to the smooth operation of the business
• Display excellent communication skills, consistently provide exceptional customer service, exhibit adaptability, and demonstrate a proactive approach to tasks.
• Be a team player and willing to lend a hand in other facets of the business as needed.
