What We’re Looking For:
\n- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills active listening, clear communication, and the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of shoppers
\n- Basic sales and retail skills; Shopify POS operation, cash handling accuracy, upselling/cross-selling, and working toward sales targets
\n- Product knowledge and outdoor enthusiasm familiarity with outdoor gear, willingness to learn technical features, genuine interest in outdoor activities
\n- Organizational and reliability skills; attention to detail, store presentation standards, consistent on-time attendance
\n- Problem-solving and adaptability handling customer concerns, adjusting to changing priorities, learning new systems quickly
\nPrior retail/customer-facing experience and basic computer proficiency are a plus. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; evening and weekend availability is a bonus.
