We carry thousands of mall and luxury brands at up to 80% off regular retail prices. We aim to make fashion more sustainable by giving life to gently used clothes that aren't being worn anymore. We're looking for part-time Sales Associates & Fashion Buyers with at least 13 hours of availability each week. Our store culture is a positive and encouraging workplace with a strong emphasis on creating an excellent customer experience.
SALES ASSOCIATE
Minimum Age: 18 yrs. old (16-17 may be possible by review)
Starting Pay Range: $10-12/hr - Opportunities for promotion & raises!
Part-time up to 35 hrs/wk

Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service
Organize racks, merchandise clothing, tag and process product
Ring out customers on the register and teach them how to sell to us
Help make posts on our social media pages
Assisting customers on the sales floor, in the dressing room and at the register.
Assisting with displays and housekeeping
Requirements:
Team player with good people skills.
Personable and pleasant.
Ability to display a high level of energy without the need for motivation.
Reliable and dependable with excellent work ethic

FASHION BUYER

Sort through incoming clothing to determine condition, style, on-trend, and sellable
Select and price gently-used styles for our customers
Merchandise clothing
Explain to customers what we can purchase and how buying process works
Give our offer to customers for their clothing, handling questions professionally and positively so they have a great experience whether or not we accepted their clothing
