What Youll Do

Create Legendary Customer Experiences

Every person who walks through our doors should leave smiling.

Youll:

• Welcome every customer like theyre walking into your own backyard barbecue.
• Help shoppers find products theyll love (and probably didnt know they needed).
• Build authentic relationships that turn first-time visitors into lifelong Chubbies fans.
• Deliver the kind of service people tell their friends about.

Know Your Stuff

• Become the go-to expert on everything Chubbies.
• Youll stay up to date on new product launches, understand our collections, and confidently help customers find the perfect fit, style, or gift.

Keep the Store Looking Awesome

A great shopping experience starts with a great-looking store.

Youll help:

• Restock merchandise
• Replenish inventory
• Maintain exciting product displays
• Support new product launches
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and ready for business

If something looks out of place, youll fix it before anyone has to ask.

What Were Looking For

• Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Outstanding communication and people skills
• A positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

A Few Things to Know

Retail doesnt stop on weekends-and neither do we.

This role requires:

• Weekend availability based on business needs
• Availability during Black Friday and the holiday season

Physical Requirements

This is an active role.

Youll regularly:

• Stand and walk for 6-8 hour shifts
• Lift and move merchandise weighing up to 30 pounds
• Bend, reach, kneel, and climb ladders as needed to stock and merchandise products
