OBJECTIVE

City Wide Facility Solutions of Jacksonville is seeking outgoing, dynamic individuals interested in developing a sales career to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be energetic, outgoing, gregarious, and confident with a glowing personality that translates well over the phone. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Develop new business opportunities through phone-based sales efforts with outside territory sales management.
• Utilize sales automation tools to manage leads and track progress.
• Maintain professional and positive communication with prospects and customers.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and performance metrics.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with team members and management to support company objectives.
• Obtain at least 5 qualified building surveys monthly.

Requirements

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Minimal prior sales experience required.
• Pleasant and professional phone demeanor.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Strong motivation and “can-do” attitude.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Primarily outside territory sales management with office-based element.

ENVIRONMENT

• Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, weekends as needed
• Office environment with typical noise levels.
• Travel within territory on a weekly basis.
