If you're passionate about health and wellness, confident in making high-volume calls, and excited by the chance to earn commission through sales, we want to meet you.

Please note: This is not a temporary, summer, or seasonal position. We are looking for candidates who are available year-round and committed to growing with our team.

What You'll Do:

• Be the first point of contact for potential members, sharing the benefits of Pure Barre with enthusiasm and confidence
• Make 50+ outbound calls daily to follow up on leads, book intro classes, and keep the sales pipeline moving
• Overcome objections with a positive, solutions-focused mindset
• Hit (and exceed) monthly sales goals, because you're motivated by results and ready to reap the rewards
• Deliver an exceptional studio experience by welcoming members and supporting daily operations
• Work as part of a supportive, high-energy team committed to making fitness fun and approachable

Who You Are:

• A sales-driven self-starter who genuinely enjoys helping others commit to a healthier lifestyle
• Confident and articulate on the phone and in person, with strong follow-up skills
• Persistent, resilient, and enthusiastic about turning a maybe into a yes
• Passionate about wellness, community, and the Pure Barre brand
• Available to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends (2025 hours per week)
